This looks very much like one of the Bee Parasitising Wasps in the Labium Genus. I’ve attached a few links of similar below:

@ConBoekel it’s possible this one is in the Paralastor Genus but you’d need a clear view of the wing venation to confirm.

@MartinPredavec this one isn’t Abispa sp. I’m really not even sure that it’s a Potter Wasp (Subfamily Eumeninae). The colouration & markings of the abdomen & wings look better suited to a Spider Wasp (Family Pompilidae). Because we can’t see the characteristics clearly it’s likely we won’t be able to confirm ID, so I’ll verify it as a Wasp & pop a suggestion in as Pompilidae sp. I see you’ve recorded on iNat too, so please let me know how you go & update me if you find out any different. Good luck🤞😊
