I know this is an old observation but given this plant is uncommon I would suggest this is the population on the lake shore halfway between Attunga Point and Blue Gum Point Yarralumla where there is already an entry. In the interest of accuracy can the moderators edit the coordinates to reflect that?

As further information, the hawthorn is located just north of the powerline access track - and is within the boundaries of the Mount Majura Nature Reserve.

Found a 2nd large hawthorn near it this morning. Both plants have thick trunks - and will require "frilling".
